Abstract

Manajemen pengoptimalan proyek konstruksi merupakan proses terintegrasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai efisiensi maksimal dalam aspek waktu, biaya, mutu, dan sumber daya pada setiap tahapan proyek. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) pada pembangunan Gedung Griya Usia Lanjut Santo Yosef Surabaya dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Metode CPM digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi jalur kritis dalam proyek, sehingga manajer proyek dapat memprioritaskan aktivitas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap durasi keseluruhan proyek. Studi kasus dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan gedung empat lantai dengan luas per lantai 2.520 m², di mana data yang dianalisis meliputi time schedule, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CPM dapat mempercepat penyelesaian proyek dengan penambahan tenaga kerja 10 orang tanpa menambah biaya secara signifikan, serta meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan . Dengan demikian, CPM terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu sebesar 17,7% dan biaya pada proyek konstruksi ini Kata Kunci:Jalur Kritis, Tenaga Kerja, Mempercepat Waktu, Efisiensi.
