Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh konflik peran ganda, konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan administrasi di PT. Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah konflik peran ganda, konflik kerja dan stres kerja sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan sampel dilakukan dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan relibilitas dan validitas. Hasilnya adalah semua variabel valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji t menunjukan variabel konflik peran ganda dengan signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang kesatu menyatakan “Konflik peran ganda berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Administrasi pada PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya terbukti kebenarannya. Sedangkan variabel konflik kerja dengan signifikansi 0,059 > 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang kedua menyatakan “Konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Administrasi pada PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya tidak terbukti kebenarannya. Lalu untuk variabel stres kerja dengan signifikansi 0,890 > 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang ketiga menyatakan “Stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Administrasi pada PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya tidak terbukti kebenarannya. Kata Kunci: Konflik Peran Ganda, Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of dual role conflict, work conflict and work stress on the performance of administrative employees at PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya. The independent variables in this study are dual role conflict, work conflict and work stress while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. In this study, the sample determination was carried out using purposive sampling method. The sample used was 50 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Before hypothesis testing, reliability and validity were carried out. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable. The t test results show the dual role conflict variable with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Thus the first hypothesis states "Dual role conflict has a significant effect on the performance of Administrative employees at PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya is proven correct. While the work conflict variable with a significance of 0.059> 0.05. Thus the second hypothesis states "Work conflict has a significant effect on the performance of Administrative employees at PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya is not proven. Then for the work stress variable with a significance of 0.890> 0.05. Thus the third hypothesis states "Work stress has a significant effect on the performance of Administrative employees at PT Jaya Dagang Sentosa Surabaya is not proven.
