Abstract

EFEK EKSTRAK BIJI ANGGUR PRABU BESTARI (VITTIS VENIFERA L.) TERHADAP HISTOPATOLOGI DUODENUM PADA TIKUS PUTIH (RATTUS NORVEGICUS) PASCA LIGASI SALURAN EMPEDU CLEO EKA NURSANDHI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak biji anggur Prabu Bestari terhadap gambaran histopatologi duodenum pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) pasca ligasi saluran empedu. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) strain Sprague Dawley yang dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu kontrol negatif (K-), kontrol positif (K+), dan kelompok perlakuan (P1). Kelompok K(+) dan P1 diinduksi dengan ligasi saluran empedu, sedangkan kelompok P1 diberikan ekstrak biji anggur Prabu Bestari secara oral dengan dosis 400 mg/kgBB selama 17 hari. Parameter yang diamati meliputi hemoragi, nekrosis, dan inflamasi pada jaringan duodenum menggunakan pewarnaan Hematoksilin-Eosin (HE). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal–Wallis yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Pairwise Comparison. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ligasi saluran empedu meningkatkan skor hemoragi, nekrosis, dan inflamasi pada kelompok kontrol positif dibandingkan kontrol negatif. Pemberian ekstrak biji anggur Prabu Bestari menunjukkan kecenderungan menurunkan derajat kerusakan histopatologi duodenum, namun belum memberikan perbedaan yang bermakna dibandingkan kelompok kontrol positif (p>0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak biji anggur Prabu Bestari memiliki potensi sebagai agen duodenoprotektif melalui aktivitas antioksidan, tetapi belum mampu memperbaiki kerusakan histopatologi duodenum pasca ligasi saluran empedu secara signifikan.
