Abstract

Perencanaan struktur gedung bertingkat pada wilayah dengan tingkat seismisitas tinggi, seperti Kota Padang, memerlukan sistem struktur yang mampu menjamin kekuatan, kekakuan, dan daktilitas sesuai ketentuan peraturan nasional. Perencanaan ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Building Information Modeling (BIM) melalui integrasi Autodesk Revit dan Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) dalam perencanaan struktur beton bertulang Gedung Apartemen Az-Zahr menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Metode perencanaan meliputi preliminary design, pemodelan tiga dimensi berbasis Level of Development (LOD) 300, analisis pembebanan gravitasi dan gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019, evaluasi inter-story drift, verifikasi konsep Strong Column–Weak Beam (SCWB), serta sinkronisasi model dua arah (bi-directional interoperability) antara Revit dan RSAP. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BIM mampu menghasilkan model struktur terintegrasi yang meningkatkan akurasi koordinasi antar-elemen, meminimalkan potensi kesalahan akibat duplikasi data, serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses analisis dan revisi desain dibandingkan metode konvensional berbasis CAD 2D. Struktur yang direncanakan memenuhi seluruh persyaratan daktilitas SRPMK berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1726:2019. Evaluasi kinerja struktur menunjukkan bahwa simpangan antar lantai (inter-story drift) maksimum setelah amplifikasi faktor Cd = 5,5 berada di bawah batas izin 80 mm, sehingga struktur dinyatakan aman terhadap pengaruh gempa rencana. Selain itu, verifikasi konsep SCWB menunjukkan total kapasitas momen kolom sebesar ∑Mnc sebesar 893 kNm lebih besar daripada persyaratan minimum 1,2∑Mnb sebesar 396 kNm, sehingga mekanisme sendi plastis terjadi pada balok sesuai filosofi desain tahan gempa dan seluruh hubungan balok-kolom memenuhi persyaratan desain.
