Abstract
Jembatan Branjangan di Kota Madiun merupakan infrastruktur penting yang menopang arus lalu lintas regional. Mengingat usia struktur yang sudah mendekati batas layan, meningkatnya beban volume lalu lintas, serta pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar sekitar 1,18% selama periode tersebut, yang berdampak langsung pada kebutuhan infrastruktur jembatan. Perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk merancang kebutuhan dimensi struktur atas jembatan yang menggunakan PCIGirder karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan, berupa mutu beton yang terkontrol, kemudahan proses fabrikasi, waktu konstruksi yang relatif singkat, serta didukung oleh industri pracetak nasional. Dengan modifikasi dimensi penampang dan sistem prategang, tipe girder ini masih dapat diaplikasikan pada bentang 60 meter. Analisa pembebanan dan perhitungan dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak (software) SAP2000 untuk memperoleh gaya dalam, lendutan, dan respons struktur secara akurat pada setiap kombinasi pembebanan yang direncanakan. Analisa perencanaan mengacu pada SNI 2833-2016 tentang Perencanaan Jembatan terhadap Beban Gempa dan SNI 1725-2016 tentang Pembebanan untuk Jembatan yang meliputi berat sendiri struktur, beban mati tambahan, beban lalu lintas, beban akibat aksi lingkungan, kombinasi pembebanan pada kondisi layan dan ultimit. Hasil dari perencanaan yaitu gelagar membutuhkan tinggi 2,8 m dengan jumlah total strands cable yang digunakan adalah 132 buah dengan jumlah tendon yang digunakan 6 buah, menggunakan uncoated 7-wire super strand ASTM A416 Grade 270 dan angkur VSL tipe E5-22. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan kehilangan gaya prategang total sebesar 16,30%, tegangan kondisi akhir pada serat atas 12,5334 MPa, dan serat bawah 12,164 MPa. Kapasitas momen nominal penampang sebesar 64.650 kNm lebih besar dari momen ultimit 54.068,39 kNm. Kontrol lendutan total sebesar 5,4 cm lebih kecil dari lendutan izin 6 cm dan torsi memenuhi persyaratan Tcr = 86.661,86 kNm lebih besar dari Tu = 263,29 kNm. tinjauan geser diperoleh nilai Vu lebih kecil dari kapasitas geser beton Vc, maka tidak diperlukan tulangan geser. ABSTRACT: The Branjangan Bridge in Madiun City is a critical infrastructure that supports regional traffic flow. Considering the structure's age approaching its service life, the increasing traffic volume load, and population growth of approximately 1.18% during that period, which has a direct impact on the need for bridge infrastructure. This planning aims to design the dimensions of the bridge's superstructure using PCI-Girder because it has several advantages, such as controlled concrete quality, ease of fabrication process, relatively short construction time, and support from the national precast industry. With modifications to the cross-section dimensions and prestressing system, this type of girder can still be applied to a 60-meter span. Load analysis and calculations are carried out using the SAP2000 software application to accurately obtain internal forces, deflections, and structural responses for each planned load combination. The planning analysis refers to SNI 2833-2016 on Bridge Design against Earthquake Loads and SNI 1725-2016 on Bridge Loading which includes the self-weight of the structure, additional dead load, traffic load, load due to environmental action, a combination of loadings in service and ultimate conditions. The results of the planning are that the girder requires a height of 2.8 m with a total number of cable strands used is 132 pieces with the number of tendons used is 6 pieces, using uncoated 7-wire super strand ASTM A416 Grade 270 and VSL anchor type E5-22. The results of the analysis show a total prestressing force loss of 16.30%, the final condition stress on the top fiber is 12.5334 MPa, and the bottom fiber is 12.164 MPa. The nominal moment capacity of the cross-section is 64,650 kNm which is greater than the ultimate moment of 54,068.39 kNm. The total deflection control of 5.4 cm is smaller than the allowable deflection of 6 cm, and the torque meets the requirements of Tcr = 86,661.86 kNm, which is greater than Tu = 263.29 kNm. The shear review obtained a value of Vu smaller than the concrete shear capacity Vc, so no shear reinforcement is required.
