Abstract

PRESENTASE KASUS SALMONELOSIS AYAM BROILER PADA KANDANG CLOSE HOUSE DAN OPEN HOUSE DI DESA JATISARI KECAMATAN TEMPEH KABUPATEN LUMAJANG BULAN OKTOBER 2025 - JANUARI 2026 Dwi Apriyanto Dodok Raharjo Ringkasan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presentase kasus salmonelosis ayam broiler pada kandang close house dan open house di Desa Jatisari kecamatan Tempeh Kabupaten Lumajang bulan Oktober 2025 - Januari 2026. Materi yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah data rekording dan beberapa sampel ayam broiler pada periode pemeliharaan bulan Oktober 2025 - Januari 2026. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah dengan mengambil data sekunder pemeliharaan ayam broiler pada dua sistim kandang yang berbeda, dimulai pada bulan Oktober 2025 sampai Januari 2026. Berdasarkan analisa dan hasil pembahasan presentase kasus salmonelosis ayam broiler pada kandang close house dan open house di Desa Jatisari kecamatan Tempeh diperoleh presentase kasus salmonelosis tertinggi pada kandang open house pada pemeliharaan bulan Desember 2025 dan presentase kasus salmonelosis tertinggi ke dua 1,1% pada bulan November 2025 pada pemeliharaan sistem kandang open house, presentase berikutnya 0,92% kandang close house, 0,77% kandang close house, 0,75% kandang open house, 0,63% kandang close house, 0,57% kandang open house dan 0,1% pada sistim pemeliharaan close house. PERCENTAGE OF BROILER CHICKEN SALMONELOSIS CASES IN CLOSE-HOUSE AND OPEN-HOUSE COOPS IN JATISARI VILLAGE TEMPEH DISTRICT, LUMAJANG REGENCY FROM OCTOBER 2025 TO JANUARY 2026 Dwi Apriyanto Dodok Raharjo Summary This study aims to determine the percentage of broiler chicken salmonellosis cases in closed-house and open-house facilities in Jatisari Village, Tempeh Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency, from October 2025 to January 2026. The materials used in this final project consist of recorded data and several broiler chicken samples collected during the rearing period from October 2025 to January 2026. The method employed in this study involved analyzing secondary data on broiler chicken rearing in two different housing systems, spanning from October 2025 to January 2026. Based on the analysis and discussion, the incidence of salmonellosis in broiler chickens in closed-house and open-house systems in Jatisari Village, Tempeh Subdistrict, showed the highest incidence of salmonellosis in the open-house system during the December 2025 rearing period, and the second-highest incidence of 1.1% in November 2025 in the open-house system, followed by 0.92% in closed-house systems, 0.77% in closed-house systems, 0.75% in open-house systems, 0.63% in closed-house systems, 0.57% in open-house systems, and 0.1% in closed-house systems.
