Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis komunikasi politik Ferry Irwandi melalui instagram terhadap mobilisasi aksi penolakan RUU TNI di Surabaya pada Maret 2025. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi digital, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Komunikasi politik Lasswell, Framing Entman, dan teori mobilisasi digital Tufekci. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini menguji bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi Politik Ferry Irwandi, dan dampak komunikasi Politik Ferry Irwandi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ferry Irwandi membangun narasi di media sosial berdampak pada pemahaman serta perhatian Generasi muda di Surabaya terhadap isu RUU TNI. Kontennya berkontribusi pada perluasan kesadaran dan motivasi kolektif, meskipun bukan faktor tunggal mobilisasi aksi massa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Ferry Irwandi dapat berperan sebagai agen pendidikan politik digital yang efektif, tetapi mobilisasi yang muncul tetap di pengaruhi banyak aktor dan dinamika sosial lainnya. Kata kunci: Komunikasi politik, Ferry Irwandi, instagram, RUU TNI. This study analyzes Ferry Irwandi's political communication through Instagram towards the mobilization of the action against the TNI Bill in Surabaya in March 2025. Using descriptive qualitative methods through digital observation, interviews, and documentation, this study uses Lasswell's theory, Entman's Framing, and Digital Mobilization Theory. The results of the study show that Ferry Irwandi built a narrative on social media using Harold Lasswell's theory by paying attention to the existing elements, thereby increasing the understanding and attention of the younger generation in Surabaya towards the TNI Bill issue. His content contributed to the expansion of collective awareness and motivation, although it was not the sole factor in the mobilization of mass action. The conclusion of this study is that Ferry Irwandi can play a role as an effective digital political education agent, but the mobilization that emerged was still influenced by many other actors and social dynamics.
