Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Peperomia pellucida Terhadap Kadar Serta rasio De Ritis Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT) dan Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT) Pada Darah Tikus Wistar Pasca Penghentian Pajanan Asap Rokok. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Pembimbing : Farida Anggraini Soedtedjo ; Ayu Cahyani Noviana. Pajanan asap rokok dapat menyebabkan stres oksidatif dan kerusakan sel hati, hal ini ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar serta rasio De Ritis SGOT dan SGPT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ekstrak Peperomia pellucida terhadap kadar serta rasio De Ritis SGOT dan SGPT, pada darah tikus Wistar pasca penghentian pajanan asap rokok. Desain penelitian ini adalah post-test only control group design dengan menggunakan 28 ekor tikus Wistar jantan yang dibagi ke dalam empat kelompok perlakuan, yaitu: K0 (tanpa perlakuan), K1 (pemberian ekstrak Peperomia pellucida 200 mg/kgBB), P1 (pajanan asap rokok), dan P2 (pajanan asap rokok disertai pemberian ekstrak Peperomia pellucida 200 mg/kgBB). Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar serta rasio De Ritis SGOT dan SGPT yang diukur dari serum darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak Peperomia pellucida pada kelompok P2 mampu menurunkan kadar serta rasio De Ritis SGOT dan SGPT secara signifikan dibandingkan kelompok P1. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ekstrak Peperomia pellucida memiliki potensi sebagai agen hepatoprotektif terhadap kerusakan hati akibat pajanan asap rokok. Kata kunci: Peperomia pellucida, asap rokok, SGOT, SGPT, rasio De Ritis ABSTRACT Exposure to cigarette smoke can cause oxidative stress and liver cell damage, as indicated by increased levels and De Ritis ratios of SGOT and SGPT. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Peperomia pellucida extract on the levels and De Ritis ratio of SGOT and SGPT in Wistar rat blood after the cessation of cigarette smoke exposure. The research design used was a post-test only control group design, involving 28 male Wistar rats divided into four treatment groups: K0 (no treatment), K1 (Peperomia pellucida extract at 200 mg/kgBW), P1 (cigarette smoke exposure), and P2 (cigarette smoke exposure with Peperomia pellucida extract at 200 mg/kgBW). The parameters observed were the levels and De Ritis ratio of SGOT and SGPT measured from blood serum. The results showed that administration of Peperomia pellucida extract in the P2 group significantly reduced the levels and De Ritis ratio of SGOT and SGPT compared to the P1 group, approaching physiological values. The conclusion of this study is Peperomia pellucida extract has potential as a hepatoprotective agent against liver damage caused by cigarette smoke exposure.
