Abstract
Aedes aegypti mosquitoesْareْtheْprimaryْvectorsْresponsibleْforْdengueْ hemorrhagicْfeverْ(DHF),ْwhichْremainsْaْsignificantْpublicْhealthْproblem.ْTheْ continuousْuseْofْchemicalْlarvicidesْhasْtheْpotentialْtoْcauseْresistanceْandْ negativeْ environmentalْ impacts;ْ therefore,ْ alternativeْ naturalْ larvicidesْ areْ needed.ْOneْplantْwithْpotentialْasْaْnaturalْlarvicideْisْsoursopْleavesْ(Annona muricata).ْ Thisْ studyْ aimedْ toْ determineْ theْ effectivenessْ ofْ differentْ temperaturesْinْtheْpreparationْofْsoursopْleafْinfusionْasْaْnaturalْlarvicideْonْ theْmortalityْofْAedes aegypti larvae,ْasْwellْasْtoْassessْtheْfeasibilityْofْanْe learningْmoduleْdevelopedْbasedْonْtheْresearchْfindings.ْTheْstudyْemployedْ anْ experimentalْ methodْ withْ treatmentsْ ofْ soursopْ leafْ infusionْ preparedْ atْ temperaturesْofْ60°C,ْ70°C,ْandْ80°C,ْalongْwithْdistilledْwaterْasْaْcontrol.ْTheْ resultsْ showedْ thatْ theْ soursopْ leafْ infusionْ preparedْ atْ 60°Cْ wasْ theْ mostْ effectiveْtemperatureْinْcausingْmortalityْofْAedes aegypti larvaeْcomparedْtoْ 70°Cْandْ80°C.ْFurthermore,ْtheْresearchْfindingsْwereْdevelopedْintoْanْe learningْ moduleْ usingْ theْ 4Dْ model,ْ limitedْ toْ theْ developmentْ stage.ْ Theْ validationْresultsْfromْmaterialْandْmediaْexpertsْindicatedْthatْtheْdevelopedْe moduleْwasْcategorizedْasْveryْvalidْandْfeasibleْforْuseْasْaْdigitalْlearningْ resource.
