Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), dan Intellectual Capital (IC) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diproksikan melalui Return on Assets (ROA). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 22 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling,dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 sehingga diperoleh 66 observasi data. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan CSR tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, GCG tidak berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, dan IC berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA.
