Dani Setiawan Email: Dani.setiawan1828@gmail.com Stres ialah kondisi atau keadaan didalam tubuh yang dapat timbul akibat tekanan fisik, situasi sosial, dan lingkungan yang tidak terkendali. Stres akademik tahap universitas, seperti hilangnya kebiasaan sehat di kalangan mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan tahap sebelumnya saat masih bersama dengan keluarga. selama masa ujian (situasi yang penuh tekanan), mahasiswa memodifikasi kebiasaan makan dan latihan fisik mereka, Mahasiswa dengan gangguan makan disini dikenal sebagai eating disorder (ED). Eating disorder adalah sebuah kondisi terkait dengan kesehatan mental yang ditunjukkan melalui ketidaknormalan dalam perilaku makan. Beberapa jenis dari ED meliputi anoreksia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, dan binge eating disorder. Pada penelitian ini meggunakan metode Cross sectional dengan analisis observasional. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria adalah 68 orang, selanjutnya data diolah dengan SPSS. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai t hitung 0,753 > 0,235 dan Sig. (2 tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres akademik dengan ED pada Mahasiswa FK UWKS Angkatan 2021. In addition, it has been observed that at the university stage, such as the loss of healthy habits among students compared to the previous stage when they were still with their families. during the exam period (a stressful situation), students modify their eating habits and physical exercise, Students with eating disorders here are known as eating disorders (ED). Eating disorder is a condition related to mental health that is shown through abnormalities in eating behavior. Some types of ED include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. This study used cross sectional method with observational analysis. The number of samples that met the criteria was 68 people, then the data were processed with SPSS. Based on the results of this study, the calculated t value was 0.753 > 0.235 and Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between academic stress and ED in FK UWKS students class of 2021.
