Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap pengaruh flexible working hours terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui work life balance pada driver Gojek roda dua di Surabaya. Metode kuantitatif dengan model analisis jalur (Sobel Test) berbantu SPSS V.20 diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukan flexible working hours berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work life balance, flexible working hours berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan work life balance sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh pada hubungan antara variabel flexible working hours terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci : Flexible Working Hours, Work Life Balance, dan Produktivitas Kerja
