Dwijayanti, Anggie. 2024. Increasing Students Skill in Procedure Text Through Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach at XI AKL of SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya. Advisor: 1. Dra. Bekti Wirawati, M.Pd. 2. Dra. Siti Azizah, M.Pd. Keywords: Writing, Procedure Text, Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is aimed to find out the Increasing Students Skill in Procedure Text Through Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach at XI AKL of SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya. The design of this research was CAR (Classroom Action Research). The participant of this research which consisted of 20 students. In this research, the data obtained to see the improvement writing skill of the students. The instruments of this research were observation sheet and writing test. The process of the research took place in two cycle. Then, the students can follow the activities of applying CTL well. They can show the interest in the lesson. The students’ score in the first cycle 40%. The percentage obtained was not enough to reach the success indicator. Therefore, in the second cycle show an improvement of the results 80% students who passed the score standart KKM. In conclusion, Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach could improve students writing skill
