Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini melihat pelaku UMKM yang banyak ditemukan di Kecamatan Sambikerep Kota Surabaya yang menggunakan e-money untuk transaksi dalam usahanya, Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-money dan pengelolaan usaha terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Sambikerep Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan memberikan kuisioner. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 105 pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan e-money. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis pertama dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan e-money berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Sambikerep Kota Surabaya, dan hipotesis kedua adalah pengelolaan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Sambikerep Kota Surabaya. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-money tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Sambikerep, namun pengelolaan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Sambikerep, Kota Surabaya.
