Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the extent to which the influence of service marketing mix and service quality on student satisfaction at Wijaya Kusuma University Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. This type of research is a quantitative study using primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and research questionnaires. The respondents taken were 50 people using purposive sampling, because this method uses a sampling technique with certain considerations or criteria. The results showed that the service marketing mix which consisted of product, location, process, people, physical evidence, and service quality which consisted of direct evidence, reliability, response, security, and empathy had a positive effect on student satisfaction, while costs for education has a negative influence.
