Abstract

Penelitian yang ditulis ini dimaksudkan untuk menelusuri adanya pengaruh dari struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan pada nilai suatu perusahaan pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdapat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang mendaftarkan diri pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada jangka waktu 2019–2021. Sampel penelitian dipilih melalui metode pemilihan subjektif. Adapun kriterianya adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di BEI selama periode 2019–2021. Kriteria lain yang dipilih adalah perusahaan yang melaporkan catatan keuangan secara penuh dalam periode 2019–2021, dari kriteria tersebut diperoleh hasil sampel yang ada yaitu sebanyak 21 perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dapat ditemukan dari situs resmi milik Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Metode pengujian penelitian memakai metode regresi linier ganda. Nilai struktur modal ditentukan menggunakan Debt to equity ratio dan probabilitas didapatkan dari perbandingan hutang dan modal melalui Return on equity, untuk penentuan Ukuran Perusahaan diperoleh dari Log Natural Total Asset. Untuk penentuan dari Nilai Perusahaan dihitung menggunakan Price to Book Value. Hasil Analisa dari penelitian mengungkapkan variabel pertama yaitu struktur modal memberikan pengaruh yang bersifat positif dan pengaruhnya bersifat signifikan. Variabel kedua yaitu profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan. Variabel terakhir yaitu ukuran perusahaan memberikan pengaruh yang negatif namun bersifat signifikan terhadap nilai dari suatu perusahaan. Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan This research is intended to explore the influence of capital structure, profitability, and company size on the value of a company in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has a population of all food and beverage manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study was determined by the subjective selection method. The criteria for the sample are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the 2019–2021 period. Another criterion chosen was companies that reported full financial records in the 2019–2021 period, from these criteria the results of the existing sample were as many as 21 companies. The data obtained comes from the company's financial reports which can be found on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The value of the capital structure is determined using the Debt to equity ratio and the probability is obtained from the ratio of debt and capital through Return on equity, for determining the Company Size is obtained from the Log Natural Total Assets. For the determination of Company Value, it is calculated using Price to Book Value. The results of the analysis of the study revealed that the first variable, namely the capital structure, has a positive influence and the effect is significant. The second variable, namely profitability, has a positive and significant effect. The last variable, namely the size of the company has a negative but significant effect on the value of a company.
