Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan kemampuan motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi sebagai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada bagian sumber daya manusia PT PELINDO Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan pada 80 subyek yang diperoleh berdasarkan metode sampling dalam kategori sampel jenuh. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dukungan aplikasi statistik SPSS yang berpedoman pada toleransi kesalahan sebesar 0.05 (5%). Pembuktian hipotesis menggunakan pedoman nilai signifikan uji t. Pada variabel motivasi kerja bernilai signifikan 0.000, kepemimpinan sama dengan 0.052 dan kompensasi mendapatkan nilai 0.000. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pelindo Surabaya yaitu motivasi dan penghargaan kerja. Sedangkan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan PT Pelindo Surabaya tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research aims to prove the ability of work motivation, leadership and compensation as factors that affect employee performance in the human resources department of PT PELINDO Surabaya. The study used a quantitative approach which was applied to 80 subjects obtained based on the sampling method in the saturated sample category. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the support of SPSS statistical applications based on an error tolerance of 0.05 (5%). Proof of the hypothesis using the significant value guideline t test. The work motivation variable has a significant value of 0.000, leadership equals 0.052 and compensation gets a value of 0.000. The conclusion of the study shows that two variables have a significant influence on the performance of PT Pelindo Surabaya employees, namely motivation and work rewards. While the leadership applied by PT Pelindo Surabaya does not affect the performance of its employees. Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance
