Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi parsial secara bermakna terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Lip Matte Emina (Studi kasus khusus pada perempuan di Kota Surabaya). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, harga dan promosi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah keputusan pembelian pada produk Lip Matte Emina (Studi kasus khusus pada perempuan di Kota Surabaya). Purposive Sampling yang artinya teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Dalam penelitian teknik yang diambil dalam teknik non probability yakni teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 94 orang. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Hasilnya adalah semua variabel valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji t menunjukan signifikansi < 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan “kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Lip Matte Emina (Studi kasus khusus pada perempuan di Kota Surabaya)” dapat didukung kebenarannya. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi Dan Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to test the effect of product quality, price and partial promotion significantly on purchasing decisions for Lip Matte Emina products (a special case study on women in the city of Surabaya). The independent variables in this study are product quality, price and promotion, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision on Emina's Lip Matte product (a special case study on women in the city of Surabaya). Purposive Sampling which means the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. In this research, the technique taken is a non-probability technique, namely the purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 94 people. Prior to testing the hypothesis, reliability and validity were tested. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the t-test showed a significance of <0.05. Thus the hypothesis which states "product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Emina Lip Matte products (Special case study on women in Surabaya)" can be supported.
