Abstract

Kerusakan jalan merupakan salah satu permasalahan infrastruktur yang sering dijumpai di berbagai daerah dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kelancaran aktivitas masyarakat. Jalan yang rusak tidak hanya mengurangi kenyamanan berkendara, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan serta mempercepat kerusakan kendaraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruas jalan Jl. Tambak Sawah sampai Jl. Tambak Sumur yang memiliki volume lalu lintas cukup tinggi dan menjadi jalur utama kendaraan pribadi maupun kendaraan berat seperti truk industri dan truk pengangkut sampah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata Surface Distress Index (SDI) sebesar 17,25 yang menandakan kondisi jalan secara keseluruhan tergolong baik dengan penanganan pemeliharaan rutin. Namun, beberapa segmen STA mengalami kerusakan ringan hingga berat dengan nilai SDI tertinggi mencapai 45 sehingga memerlukan penanganan overlay. Perbaikan dilakukan menggunakan metode patching dan overlay dengan lapisan AC-WC. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, tebal overlay yang direncanakan adalah 4 cm pada segmen jalan yang mengalami kerusakan. Dengan total panjang penanganan sekitar ±5 km, estimasi biaya rehabilitasi perkerasan lentur sebesar Rp2.275.052.000,00 Kata kunci: kerusakan jalan, Surface Distress Index (SDI), perkerasan lentur, patching, overlay, estimasi biaya.
