Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, career development, dan job burnout terhadap mahasiswa Generasi Z di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya tuntutan akademik dan aktivitas nonakademik yang dihadapi mahasiswa Generasi Z, sehingga menuntut kemampuan dalam menjaga keseimbangan kehidupan, pengembangan karier, serta mengelola tingkat kelelahan. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 90 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, career development, berpengaruh negatif signifikan sedangkan job burnout , berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mahasiswa Generasi Z di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Kata kunci: Work-Life Balance, Career Development, Job Burnout, Turnover Intention.
