Abstract

Hasil penelitian dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel pengaruh kelompok referensi, gaya hidup dan persepsi kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian motor nmax di surabaya. Pengumoulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pengguna atau pernah menggunakan motor nmax di surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui bantuan software SPSS. Temuan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kelompok referensi dan persepsi kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor nmax di surabaya, sedangkan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor nmax di surabaya. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Referensi, Gaya Hidup, Persepsi Kualitas dan Keputusan Pembelian
