Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The population used in this study were 54 lecturers of FEB Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya who were not conducting studies. The sample collection technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling. In this study, the number of samples used was 35 lecturers at Wijaya Kusuma University. The data analysis method used in this study was SPSS. The results showed that the transformational leadership variable had a significant effect on employee performance. While the organizational commitment variable did not affect employee performance.
