Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat karir mahasiswa akuntansi terhadapa pemilhan karir sebagai konsultan pajak. minat karir sebagai konsultan pajak sebagai variabel dependen dan pengaruh penghargaan finansial, pelatihan professional, pengaruh professional, lingkungan kerja,, nilai – nilai sosial. dan pertimbangan pasar kerja sebagai variabel independent. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan questioner kepada mahasiswa Akuntansi di Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya dan sampel Sebanyak 70 responden. metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi liner berganda. hasil penelitian menungjukan bahwa penghargaan finansial, pelatihan professional, pengaruh professional, lingkungan kerja, nilai – nilai sosial. dan pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat karir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai konsultan pajak. ABSTRACT The study aims to find contributions-factors that influence the career interest of the accounting student toward the career election of a tax consultant. Career interest as a tax consultant as a dependent variable and the influence of financial rewards, professional training, professional influence, work environment, values. And job market considerations as independent variables. The data obtained on the study by disseminating the oner to the accounting student at wijaya kusuma surabaya university and the samples as many as 70 respondents. The analysis method used in the study is the regression liner method. Research results suggest that financial rewards, professional training, professional influence, work environment, values-social value. And market considerations affect the career interest of an accounting student asa tax consultant.
