Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan,dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah motivasi, disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya dan Mana diantara motivasi, disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menguji motivasi, disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. Dan Untuk mengetahui mana diantara motivasi, disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Trans Papua Jaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling yang digunakan berjumlah 52 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether motivation, discipline, leadership style and organizational culture affect the performance of employees at PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya and Mana among motivation, discipline, leadership style and organizational culture have the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to examine the motivation, discipline, leadership style and organizational culture affect the performance of employees at PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. And to find out which of the motivation, discipline, leadership style and organizational culture have the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Trans Papua Jaya Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Trans Papua Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique, which is 52 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis. The results showed that motivation, discipline, leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance.
