Abstract

Daun kelor memiliki zat aktif diantaranya quertecin, vitamin C, flavonoid, alkaloid, saponin, fenolik, dan tannin mampu meregenerasi sel beta pankreas. Dari 10 jurnal yang di review disimpulkan bahwa dosis ekstrak daun kelor terbaik dalam memperbaiki gambaran histopatologi pankreas adalah 600 mg/kg BB. Kata kunci: ekstrak daun kelor, gambaran histopatologi, pankreas. Moringa leaves have active substances including quertecin, vitamin C, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, phenolics, and tannins which can regenerate pancreatic beta cells. From the 10 journals reviewed, it was concluded that the best dose of Moringa leaf extract in improving the histopathological picture of the pancreas was 600 mg / kg BW.
