Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors which influence college students choice their career as auditor. Factors in this research meassured by work enviroment, financial award, labor market considerations, social values, and professional recognition used population in this study are accountant students college in Surabaya. The analysis technique used by using a multiple regressio. Result of simultaneous test is 7,151 whit significance level 0,000. Result of partial test at work enviroment variable is 0,649; financial award variable 0,367; labor market considerations variable 0,376; social values variable 1,071; and professional recognition variable 0,733.
