Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek Cluster Grand Estate Marina City Manyar Gresik memiliki beberapa pekerjaan termasuk pekarjaan urugan jalan Cluster Grand Estate Marina City yang membutuhkan alat berat dalam proses pelaksanaan, misalnya pada pekerjaan penggalian, pengangkutan dan penimbunan. Proses pekerjaan penimbunan material dengan volume urugan 300.000 m3 pada area yang cukup besar tersebut membutuhkan material yang cukup besar pula yang di ambil di quarry Sekapuk, Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Perhitungan yang dilakukan meliputi analisa produktivitas, efektivitas dan efisiensi alat berat meliputi Excavator Breaker, Excavator, Dumptruck, Bulldozer Sehingga dapat dilakukan pemilihan tipe-tipe alat berat yang efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan kombinasi-kombinasi alat berat. Metode penjadwalan yang digunakan yaitu diagram PDM (Precedence Diagram Method). Sistem pengadaan alat berat menggunakan sistem sewa yang mengacu pada peraturan Bina Marga. Tipe alat berat yang digunakan dari hasil perhitungan kombinasi adalah 2 unit Excavator Hyundai-220 dan Breaker Jisung 20 ton; 5 unit Excavator Komatsu PC-100 F-6; 62 unit Dumptruck 15 ton; 8 unit Bulldozer Komatsu D40A, sehingga di dapatkan harga material dan alat per m3 adalah Rp. 21.845 dengan waktu penyelesaian 108 hari kalender. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, kombinasi alat berat, harga per m3 ABSTRACT Marina City Manyar Gresik's Cluster Grand Estate Project has several jobs including Cluster Grand Estate Marina City road works that require heavy equipment in the execution process, for example on excavation, hauling and stockpiling. The process of dumping materials with a volume of 300,000 m3 in large areas requires considerable material to be collected in quarry Sekapuk, Ujung Pangkah Sub-district, Gresik Regency, East Java. Calculations performed include productivity analysis, effectiveness and efficiency of heavy equipment including Excavator Breaker, Excavator, Dumptruck, Bulldozer So that we can select the types of heavy equipment effectively and efficiently using machine combinations. Scheduling method used is PDM diagram (Precedence Diagram Method). The system of procurement of heavy equipment using a lease system that refers to BinaMarga regulations. Type of heavy equipment used from the calculation of the combination is 2 units of Hyundai-220 Excavator and Jisung Breaker 20 tons; 5 units of Komatsu Excavator PC-100 F-6; 62 units Dump truck 15 tons; 8 units of Bulldozer Komatsu D40A, so get the price of materials and equipment per m3 is Rp. 21,845 with a settlement time of 108 calendar days.
