Abstract
This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effects of return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), firm size (FS), growth, current ratio (CR), dan free cash flow(FCF) on dividend payout ratio (DPR) in companies that is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. This research independent variables were used return on assets, debt to equity ratio, firm size, growth, current ratio, and free cash flow while dependent variable was used DPR. This research sample amount of 72 manufacturing companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the SPSS 16. From the results that DER, firm size, growth, and CR had a negative effect on DPR, while ROA and FCF had a positive effect on DPR. �
