Abstract

ABSTRAK Misi pendalaman tsb berfungsi mengukur dampak kapasitas benda & tarif kepada kegembiraan pembeli di Kopi Janji Jiwa Surabaya. Variabel indepentdent dalam pengkajian ini ialah karakteristik barang & nilai. Sedangkan variabel dependent adalah kesenangan pengguna. Dalam riset ini, determinasi sampel memakai sistem non probability sampling melalui proses purposive sampling untuk kriteria minimal usia 17 tahun keatas, pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi Kopi Janji Jiwa, dan pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi Kopi Merek lainnya. Kuantitas sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 97 penduduk. Uji Hipotesis dengan membuat kajian linier berganda. Sebelum dilaksanakan uji hipotesis dilangsungkan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Akibatnya adalah semua variabel, valid, dan reliable, buatan uji melalui degenerasi linier berganda membuktikan thitung > ttabel dengan penerimaan < 0,05. Dengan begitu hipotesis nan pertama memberitahukan “kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kopi Janji Jiwa Surabaya” dapat didukung kebenarannya. Demikian juga hipotesis yang kedua menyatakan “harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kopi Janji Jiwa Surabaya” dapat didukung kebenarannya. Kata Kunci : Karasteristik Barang, Nilai Dan Kesenangan Pengguna ABSTRACT This deepening mission serves to measure the impact of the capacity of objects & tariffs on the joy of buyers at Kopi Janji Jiwa Surabaya. The independent variable in this study is the characteristics of goods & values. While the dependent variable is user pleasure. In this research, the sample determination uses a non-probability sampling system through a purposive sampling process for the criteria that are at least 17 years of age and over, have bought and consumed Janji Jiwa Coffee, and have bought and consumed other branded coffee. The sample quantity used was 97 residents. Hypothesis testing by making multiple linear studies. Before the hypothesis testing was carried out, the reliability and validity tests were carried out. The result is that all variables, valid, and reliable, made by the test through multiple linear degeneration prove that tcount> ttable with acceptance <0.05. With this, the first hypothesis that states "product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the coffee Janji Jiwa Surabaya" can be supported by the truth. Likewise, the second hypothesis which states that "price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Janji Jiwa Surabaya coffee" can be supported by its truth.
