Abstract

This study aims to study antibiotics, lactams, ciprofloxacin and aminoglycosides against Bacillus subtilis contaminants. The sample used in this study was the bacterium Bacillus subtilis which was inoculated on 15 MHA with antibiotic penicillin G disk, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin. The parameters collected in this study are the minimum levels produced by antibiotics. Based on the results of the analysis using the T test showed the minimum inhibitory level of each different antibiotic (P> 0.05) where ciprofloxacin was very sensitive, penicillin G was sensitive and gentamicin was intermediet to Bacillus subtilis.
