This type of experimental research with complete random design. The sample used was 24 white rats which were divided into 4 treatment groups. The study group was divided as follows: Positive Control (without therapy) consisted of 6 rats given burns in the back area with a diameter of 2 cm without therapy. The first treatment (P1) consisted of 6 rats given burns in the back area with a diameter of 2 cm and treated with sandalwood bark extract (Santalum album) with a concentration of 10%. The second treatment (P2) consisted of 6 rats without burns on the back area with a diameter of 2 cm treated with sandalwood bark extract (Santalum album) with a concentration of 15%. The third treatment (P3) consisted of 6 rats without burns in the back area with a diameter of 2 cm treated with sandalwood bark extract (Santalum album) with a concentration of 20%. After 15 days all study groups had euthanasia and skin sample collection. The variables in this study were radang cells, degeneration and necrosis. The results of the study: based on the results of the study the P3 group in the inflammation cell variable was significantly different (P <0.05) from the other treatment groups, the P3 group in the degeneration variable was significantly different (P <0.05) from the other treatment groups and not there are significant differences in the variable necrosis.
