Penguji : Sri Lestari Utami, SSi, M.Kes Perilaku seseorang terhadap penyakit dan pengobatannya menjadi penyebab utama masalah kesehatan sekaligus merupakan kunci utama pemecahannya. Lansia dengan HT mengalami kesulitan pengontrolan tekanan darah akan semakin memperburuk masalah kesehatannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diupayakan pencegahan komplikasi HT dengan kontrol kepatuhan terapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang biasa disebut dengan self management melalui kegiatan Posyandu Lansia sebagai upaya pengendalian hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan Hubungan Antara Tingkat Kepatuhan Terapi Dengan Hipertensi Pada Lansia Usia 60 tahun atau lebih yang terdaftar di Posyandu Mekarsari Kemayoran Surabaya Tahun 2019. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 orang penderita hipertensi yang terdiri dari 22 perempuan dan 13 laki-laki. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan cross sectional penilaian kepatuhan terapi dikelompokkan dalam dua kategori yaitu baik, dan buruk. Sedangkan pengukuran hipertensi berpedoman pada JNC-7 meliputi Pre HT, HT-Grade 1 dan HT Grade-2. Hasil data penelitian bahwa HT diderita oleh kelompok usia 60-74 tahun sebanyak 31 sampel (88.6%) dan usia 75-84 tahun sebanyak 4 sampel (11.4%). Status Pre HT sebanyak 13 sampel (37,1%), HT-Grade 1 sebanyak 12 sampel (34.3%), HT-Grade 2 sebanyak 10 orang (28.6%). Hubungan kepatuhan terapi dengan hipertensi dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho menunjukkan sampel Pre HT sebanyak 34.3% dengan kepatuhan terapi baik (patuh) dan kepatuhan buruk (tiudak patuh) 36.7%. Hasil uji menunjukkan nilai =0.000 sehingga kepatuhan terapi berhubungan signifikan terhadap hipertensi dan hubungan yang sagat kuat antara keduanya ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi=0812. Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kepatuhan terapi hipertensi dengan status hipertensi pada Lansia di Posyandu Lansia Kelurahan Kemayoran Kecamatan Morokrembangan Kota Surabaya. To overcome this problem, it is endeavored to overcome the complications of HT with therapeutic control in daily life, commonly referred to as self-management through the activities of the Elderly Posyandu as an effort to control hypertension. This study proves the relationship between the level of compliance with therapy with hypertension in the elderly aged 60 years or more who were approved at the Posyandu Mekarsari Kemayoran Surabaya in 2019. The study sample was 35 people with hypertension consisting of 22 women and 13 men. Through quantitative and cross sectional assessment While the measurement of hypertension guided by JNC-7 includes Pre HT, HT-Grade 1 and HT Grade-2. The results of research data that HT suffered by the age group 60-74 years as many as 31 samples (88.6%) and aged 75-84 years as many as 4 samples (11.4%). The status of Pre HT was 13 samples (37.1%), HT-Grade 1 was 12 samples (34.3%), HT-Grade 2 was 10 people (28.6%). The relationship between treatment completion and hypertension was analyzed using the Spearman test, which showed a Pre HT sample of 34.3% with a combination of good (adherent) therapy and a bad relationship (non-adherent) 36.7%. The results of the trial value () = 0,000 so that it supports a significant relationship to hypertension and a very strong relationship between the relationship with the correlation coefficient = 0.812. The conclusion is that there is a very strong and significant relationship between hypertension combination therapy with hypertension status in the elderly in Posyandu Lansia Kelurahan Kemayoran Morokrembangan District, Surabaya City.
