Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation, work competence and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of the employees of PT. Continuous Toys Logistics. The independent variables in this study are work motivation, work competence and work discipline. While the dependent variable is the performance of the employees of PT. Continuous Toys Logistics. In this study, the determination of the sample is done by the saturation sample procedure. The sample used was 58 people. analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Before the hypothesis test is carried out the reliability and validity test. The result is that all variables are valid and reliable, the results of the F test show Fcount> F table with a significance of 0,000. Thus the first hypothesis states "work motivation, work competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Continuous Toys Logistic "can be supported by the truth. T test results show tcount> t table with a significance of 0,000. Thus the second hypothesis states "work motivation, work competence and work discipline partially have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.
