Abstract
This study examines the influence of Love of money and machiavellian on students' ethical perceptions and their interaction with spiritual intelligence as moderating variables. Respondents in this research are students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya. The number of students who become the sample of research is 86 students. The method of determining the samples used in this study purposive sampling, while the method of data processing used by researchers is multiple regression analysis and moderate regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that love of money and machiavellian simultaneously and significantly influence the students' ethical perceptions and spiritual intelligence is not a moderating variable suitable for love of moneyi and machiavellian.
