Abstract
Balanced Scorecard has a privilege in terms of coverage measurement that is quite comprehensive, while taking into consideration the financial performance BCS also consider the performance of non-financial performance, the customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The purpose of this design is to determine whether the performance of PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia by using the Balance Scorecard is good enough to provide optimum added value in achieving the targets for PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia who runs a business and in assessing performance refers to the vision and mission and supported four perspectives of supporting both financial and non financial side on which the implementation of the Balance Scorecard. The population in this study are customers and employees remains PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been done can be summed up some of the following: (1) Performance on the financial perspective PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia as a whole can be categorized as good as it shows an increase when compared to the previous year, (2) performance on a customer perspective PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia as a whole can be said to be good because it shows satisfaction scores are good, the customer PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia were satisfied with the service that has been done by the company, (3) performance internal business process perspective shows a positive trend both in the process of innovation, operations, and after sales services, (4) performance learning and growth perspective shows the scores were pretty good, overall employee PT. Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Indonesia feel quite satisfied with the performance of the company, but the score is expected to be increased in subsequent years.
