Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, time pressure and work family conflict on performance of financial and accounting employees. The data used in this study obtained from the perception of financial and accounting employees at “Ali Group” Surabaya. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the finance and accounting department. Data analysis method used consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence, time pressure and work family conflict on employee performance of the finance and accounting. All three of witch influence together on performance. The higher the emotional intelligence and time pressure the higher their performance. For work family conflict if there is an increase it will cause a decrease in performance. Keyword : Emotional intelligence, time pressure, work family conflict and work quality.
