Abstract

KANDUNGAN RESIDU ANTIBIOTIKA TETRASIKLIN DAN AMINOGLIKOSIDA DALAM DAGING AYAM POTONG (Broiler) DIJUAL DI SUPERMARKET DAN PASAR TRADISIONAL DI SURABAYA SELATAN Murni Hidayah ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui residu antibiotika golongan tetrasiklin dan aminoglikosida dalam daging ayam broiler yang dijual di supermarket dan pasar tradisional di Surabaya Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara pengambilan sampel dari 8 supermarket dan 8 pasar tradisional sebanyak 4 sampel tiap supermarket dan pasar tradisional dengan total jumlah 64 sampel di Surabaya Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Pemeriksaan sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi, Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya dengan metode bioassay dan dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan negatif karena tidak terbentuk zona bening pada diameter kertas cakram yang berarti tidak ditemukan adanya residu antibiotika tetrasiklin dan aminoglikosida dari seluruh sampel pada daging ayam broiler di supermarket dan pasar tradisional Surabaya Selatan. Kata Kunci : Daging Ayam Broiler, Residu, Tetrasiklin, Aminoglikosida, Bioassay TETRASICLIN AND AMINOGLICOSIDA ANTIBIOTIC RESIDUES IN CHICKEN MEAT (Broiler) IN SOLD SUPERMARKET AND TRADITIONAL MARKETS IN SOUTH SURABAYA Murni Hidayah ABSTRACT This amied of study to determined the antibiotic residues of tetracycline and aminoglycoside groups in broiler chicken meat sold in supermarkets and traditional markets in South Surabaya. This research was conducted by sampling from 8 supermarkets and 8 traditional markets with 4 samples from each supermarket and traditional market with a total of 64 samples in South Surabaya. Sampling was done by random sampling technique. Samples examination was carried out at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya with the bioassay method and analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed negative because no clear zone was formed on the diameter of the disc paper which meant there were no antibiotic tetracycline and aminoglycoside residues from all samples in broiler chicken in supermarkets and traditional markets in South Surabaya.
