Abstract
HUBUNGAN PRE-EKLAMPSIA RINGAN DENGAN PERSALINAN PRETERM PADA PASIEN BAGIAN KEBIDANAN DAN KANDUNGAN RSUD TABANAN PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2015- 2017 ABSTRAK Yogiswari, Sukma.L.P, 2018.Hubungan Pre-Eklampsia Ringan Dengan Persalinan Preterm Pada Pasien Bagian Kebidanan dan Kandungan RSUD Tabanan Provinsi Bali Tahun 2015- 2017. Tugas Akhir, Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter, Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Pembimbing: dr.Akhmad Sudibya, M.Kes. Penguji: dr.Inawati, M.Kes. Final Project, Medical Education Study Program, Medical Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya. Advisor: dr..Akhmad Sudibya, M.Kes. Examiner: dr.Inawati, M.Kes. The main causes of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality in the world, especially developing countries are Preeclampsia / eclampsia. One cause of death in pregnant women is severe preeclampsia. Poor handling of eclampsia will increase the risk of maternal death so that the background of this research is carried out (Hasibuan, et al. 2014). This study aims to determine the relationship between mild pre-eclampsia and preterm delivery in patients of Tabanan Province Hospital of Bali's obstetrics and gynecology section in 2015-2017 which are submitted in percentage sizes. This health prevalence study was carried out using a quantitative analytical descriptive approach. The results of the study were described based on the results of the nonparametric test with the crosstab analysis and Uncertaily Coefficent techniques that 5 patients (9.3%) did not experience preeclampsia and preterm labor. While as many as 20 patients (37.0%) were declared not to have preeclampsia but experienced preterm labor. A total of 3 patients (5.6%) were expressed with preeclampsia but did not experience preterm labor. A total of 26 patients (48.1%) were expressed with mild and preterm preeclampsia. Mild preeclampsia can be at risk for the occurrence of preterm labor although not every preelamsia in pregnancy is associated with predictions of preterm labor. Based on Uncertainty Coefficient tests obtained = 0.319> 0.05 and Correlation Coefficient = 0.022 so it concluded that there was no significant relationship between mild preeclampsia as a determinant variable of preterm labor in patients in Tabanan Hospital in Bali Province in 2015-2017 and stated the correlation was very weak . The parties that have an interest in improving the safety of childbirth in order to conduct early detection as accurately as possible and continue to monitor patients so that they can take appropriate medical measures in the event of emergency pregnancy by patients with mild preeclampsia.
