Abstract

This research was conducted in the resedential development project of PT. Ciputra Surya Tbk. Surabaya with the aim to evaluate and analyze the extent of the company's success in applying ISO 9001: 2008 quality management standard and how far the barriers obtained in applying the quality standard. The data were collected by using Likert scale questionnaire 1-5 purposive sampling method. Research respondents are the parties directly involved in the implementation of quality in the project being undertaken. Factors examined according to ISO 9000: 2008 quality documents, including clauses 4 to clause 8 consist of 35 elements. Data analysis was done by quantitative descriptive method by using mean score analysis of respondent's answer. The results concluded that PT. Ciputra Surya Tbk. Surabaya has successfully implemented the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 with score 84.25%. While the obstacles faced by the company reached 19%.
