Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work attitude on employee performance with emotional intelligence as a moderation variable. In this research, the sample determination is done by non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling procedure, which means the technique of determining the sample with certain consideration. With a total sample of 54 employees. Data processing research using data analysis of respondents using moderation regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 to test the validity and reliability. Furthermore, see how big influence the work attitude, employee performance and emotional intelligence on hypothesis testing. The result of this research conclude that work attitude variable has significant effect to employee performance and emotional intelligence is not suitable as moderation variable.
