Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict (X1), stress (X2) on employee performance PT.DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya (Y). The population used in this study is covering all employees of salespeople PT.DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. The sample in this study are all respondents who work in PT. DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya by considering Work period, gendered woman, location of work placement in store Sampling method in this research is purposive sampling with Judgment Sampling technique. The analytical technique used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of partial test hypothesis test (t test) it can be seen that Conflict (X1) partially significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) Salesperson PT. DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. So the first hypothesis (H1) can be supported truthfully. Sedanngkan partial test results (t test) can be seen that Stress (X2) partially significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) Salesperson PT. DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. Hence, and hypothesis (H2) can be supported correctly. Based on simultaneous test (f test) it can be seen that Conflict (X1) and Stress (X2) variables simultaneously influence the Employee Performance (Y) Seller Sales Department PT. DelamiBrands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. So the third hypothesis (H3) can be backed up.
