Abstract

Abstrak Sekolah merupakan institusi pendidikan yang penting dalam menkonstruksi moralitas anak. Sekolah berfungsi melakukan internalisasi melalui proses sosialisasi mengenai nilai-nilai moral dan kesantunan. Walaupun faktanya, kini banyak sekolah yang menghadapi tantangan serius karena tidak mampu melakukan fungsi sekolah dengan baik. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan perkara nilai moral dan kesantunan tersebut guna menciptakan generasi santun di masa mendatang, yang dapat dimulai pada anak usia dini. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian pustaka yang dirujuk dari berbai sumber mendalam. Hasil tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Internalisasi nilai moralitas dan kesantunan bangsa sangat penting bagi anak usia dini, guna membentuk watak dan kepribadian, kesadaran terhadap pentingnya nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, nilai-nilai moral dan norma-norma kesantunan bangsa. Internalisasi sejak usia dini sangat berpengaruh pada watak dan kepribadian anak di masa yang akan datang serta meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang profesional dan berintegritas. (2) Implementasi internalisasi nilai-nilai moralitas dan kesantunan bangsa dilakukan dengan melalui pelaksanaan program semester. (3) Metode yang digunakan untuk internalisasi moralitas dan kesantunan bangsa pada anak usia dini bisa melalui, Storytelling, bermain, identifikasi, bernyanyi, diskusi, pendidikan, suri tauladan, pembiasaan dalam berperilaku, dan rekreasi intelektual ke perpustakaan, (4) Kerjasama sinergis antara guru dan pustakawan mutlak diperlukan dalam pembelajaran berbasis perpustakaan, sebagai media terbaik dalam implementasi internalisasi moralitas dan kesantunan bangsa. Kata Kunci : Sekolah, Internalisasi, Moralitas, Kesantunan, Anak Usia Dini ============================================================ Abstract School is an important educational institution in constructing child morality. Schools function to internasilisasi through the process of socialization of moral values and politeness. Despite the fact that many schools are facing serious challenges because theyare unable to perform school functions properly This paper is intended to explain the morality and politeness of the case in order to create future generations, which can begin in early childhood.This paper is a literature review referenced from sources of depth. The results of this paper show that (1). Internalization of the morality and politeness of the nation is very important for early childhood, in order to form the character and personality, awareness of the importance of human values, moral values and norms of nation politeness. Internalization from an early age is very influential on the character and personality of children in the future and improve the quality of Indonesian human resources professional and integrity. (2) Implementation of internalization of the values of morality and national politeness is done through the implementation of the semester program. (3) The methods used for the internalization of morality and nationhood politeness in early childhood can be through, Storytelling, play, identification, singing, discussion, education, role models, behavioral habits, and intellectual recreation to the library; (4) Synergistic collaboration between teachers and librarians is absolutely necessary in library-based learning, as the best media in the implementation of internalization of morality and national politeness.
