Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the level of protein, fat and lactose content in different lactation. Samples used were FH cow (fresian holstein) as much as 27 tails with different lactation periods. P1 (first lactation), P2 (third lac-tation), P3 (fifth lactation). Sample test usid lactoscan. Data obtained in analysis with ANOVA test. The results showed average fat content in this study was P1 2.81%, P2 2.99%, and P3 2.82%. The mean level of lactose produced was P1 3.51%, P2 3.43%, and P3.48%, while the average protein content produced at P1 2.47%, P2 2.41% and P3 2.45%. Conclusions from this study were the highest levels of protein and lactose in first lactation, while the highest fat content in third lactation.
