ABSTRACT Medy Alfarizy, zalman, 2018. The Influence Of Exposure To Cigarette Smoke Against The Murine Renal Histopatologis Description. Final assignment. Physician Education Courses. Faculty Of Medicine Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. Supervisor: Farida Anggraeni goddess Soetedjo, Dr. P, Sp. Cigarette smoke is a pollutant for human beings and the surrounding environment. Many diseases have proven, be due to the dangers of smoking, both directly and indirectly. The habit of smoking not only harms the smoker, partly also for the people around him. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of exposure to cigarette smoke can cause changes in the murine renal tissue. The population in this research is a type of balb/c mice are fluffy white, clear eyed, male, mature sex, mature 12-14 week, weight 25-35 grams with a healthy physical condition and nimble his movements with a 10 overall sample amount of tail House mouse. This research data analysis using independent sample t tets. The results showed the existence of a relationship between the granting of exposure to cigarette smoke in certain doses inhalation can affect kidney damage white mice balb/c.
