Abstract

This study was made with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of quality motivation, career motivation, and economic motivation on the interests of accounting students following PPAK. The object of this study is the Accounting Study Program students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya who take semesters 6 and 8. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling method and using questionnaires as many as 91. The research method uses statistical testing if SPSS data uses multiple linear regression. Where the simultaneous results of quality motivation, career motivation, and economic motivation influence the interest of accounting students to follow PPAK. While the partial results of quality motivation, career motivation, and economic motivation influence the interest of accounting students to follow PPAK.
