Abstract

Industri peternakan sapi perah di Indonesia terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan masyarakat terhadap produk susu. Tingkat produktivitas susu sapi perah lokal masih rendah dibandingkan dengan sapi perah impor seperti Friesian Holstein (FH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi pakan hijauan dan konsentrat terhadap produksi susu sapi perah di PT Nawasena Satya Perkasa, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan tiga kelompok perlakuan pakan, yaitu E1, E2, dan F1. Data produksi susu dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi susu tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan F1 sebesar 657,3 liter/hari, diikuti E2 sebesar 482,7 liter/hari, dan E1 sebesar 344,2 liter/hari. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antar perlakuan.
