Abstract

Tugas Akhir (TA) bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan inseminasi buatan pada sapi dara produktif dan sapi dewasa produktif di Kecamatan Kasreman Kabupaten Ngawi periode April-Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berdasarkan hasil kegiatan Inseminasi Buatan (IB) pada bulan April – Juni 2024 di Kecamatan Kasreman. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Service per Conceive (S/C) dan Conception Rate (CR). Berdasarkan data penelitian pada sapi dewasa produktif yaitu dengan Service per Conceive (S/C) 1,87 dan Conception Rate (CR) 37%. Pada sapi dara produktif didapatkan hasil data penelitian yaitu Service per Conceive (S/C) 1,92 dan Conception Rate (CR) 35,2%. Berdasarkan data tersebut sapi dara produktif dan sapi dewasa prokdukti dengan hasil persentase Conception Rate (CR)di bawah standar normal. Tingkat keberhasilan Inseminator Buatan (IB) dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: teknik inseminator buatan (IB) oleh petugas, kualitas semen, kualitas genetik, deteksi birahi, faktor peternak, pakan, dan gangguan reproduksi.
