Abstract
ABSTRAK Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan produksi beras terbesar di Indonesia (Jatim 2022). Kelembagaan pangan memiliki peran penting dalam membantu petani meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil pertanian. Produktivitas juga sangat berperan penting dalam menunjang peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi disuatu negara atau daerah, karena dengan produktivitas yang tinggi akan mampu mendorong pencapaian hasil yang maksimal sehingga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan akan baik dan permintaan akan barang meningkat dan pada akhirnya membuat perekonomian juga meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran lembaga pangan ditingkat petani untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM dengan PLS. Data yang digunakan dua sumber data yaitu data sekunder digunakan untuk memberikan penguatan pada penelitian ini dan data primer melalui proses wawancara terhadap responden. Sehingga dapat mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian tentang peran lembaga pangan tingkat petani untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas padi yaitu variabel kepemilikan lahan dan variabel akses teknologi. Dan dua variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas padi yaitu variabel kelompok tani dan variabel akses pasar. Food institutions have an important role in helping farmers increase productivity and quality of agricultural products. Productivity also plays an important role in encouraging increased economic growth in a country or region, because high productivity will be able to encourage the achievement of maximum results so that the quality of the products produced will be good and demand for goods will increase and ultimately the economy will also improve. This research aims to analyze the role of food institutions at the farmer level to increase rice productivity. The analysis used in this research is SEM with PLS. The data used were two data sources, namely secondary data used to provide reinforcement for this research and primary data through the interview process with respondents. So you can find out the relationship between research variables. Based on the results of a study on farmer-level institutions to increase rice productivity, there are two variables that have a significant effect on rice productivity, namely the land ownership variable and the technology access variable. And two variables that do not have a significant effect on rice productivity are the farmer group variable and the market access variable.
