Abstract

Reservasi yang dikelola dengan baik tidak hanya meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya bisnis. Salah satu tantangan yang sering dihadapi adalah mengurangi tingkat ketidakhadiran pelanggan yang telah melakukan reservasi karena lupa untuk mengkonfirmasi reservasi mereka. Salah satu solusi yang semakin populer adalah penggunaan notifikasi melalui platform komunikasi seperti WhatsApp dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) sehingga dihasilkan layanan reminder serta konfirmasi reservasi yang lebih praktis dan otomatis melalui WhatsApp, sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih detail serta memudahkan admin dalam memberikan pengalaman yang efisien dan efektif dalam mengelola manajemen reservasi.
