Abstract

Job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership aspects. According to several studies, each dimension includes idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration; has a significant impact on job satisfaction. The methodology for investigation is quantitative, as shown by previous research. The data collected through the questionnaire produced 174 data that could be processed. According to the analysis of the research conducted using the multiple linear regression test technique, the four pillars of transformative leadership significantly impact PT.
